If you cannot make it to our studio for a consultation, you can use our very convenient online booking & delivery service. It’s easy - just follow these simple steps!
Firstly, browse our Hat Hire Collection online - you can browse by colour (from the drop-down menu).

When you find a headpiece that you want to book, complete the form at the end of the product page to enquire about availability. Remember to fill in the headpiece code and date of your event. This will send us an email with your enquiry.

We will check our booking system and if the piece is available for your date, we will send you a link to book it.
You will be able to complete the booking with your delivery address and pay your hat hire fee (pieces range from €30 to €60) and the delivery fee (€24 which includes the return). You will also be required to pay the refundable security deposit of €50 when making an online booking.

Before your event date, you will receive the headpiece. We use DHL for delivery and you will receive the tracking information when it has been collected from our studio.

In the box, you will also receive the new shipping label and instructions for how to arrange returning your hat hire.
The return collection will be booked by you with DHL through their online portal.
Collection must be arranged for the next working day after your event (unless otherwise agreed in advance).
6.
After your event, box up the headpiece using the original packaging and it will be collected by DHL at the agreed time and returned to the studio.
When we receive it, you will be notified and the refundable security deposit will be returned to your card (subject to our terms and conditions).
