I have seen a headpiece I like on your website - How do I book it?

You can arrange an appointment to come and try on the headpiece. Make a note of the headpiece name & code - then contact us by phone, text, email or the Contact Form on our website to make your appointment. Make sure you tell us if there is a particular headpiece you wish to view when making the appointment because otherwise, it may be out on hire and not available to try on.

Alternatively, if you do not wish to make an appointment to view the headpiece and want to book it please complete the Contact Form on our website or contact us by text, phone or email. We will check if the headpiece is available for your date.

If you have been notified that your chosen headpiece is available for your date, and you want to go ahead and book it, we would advise you to let us know immediately. Our hat hire service is very busy and therefore a headpiece can only be held for a particular date when the booking is completed and payment made. To avoid the disappointment of your headpiece being booked by somebody else and no longer being available, we suggest completing the booking process as soon as possible.

How can I pay?

If attending the studio for an appointment, you can pay by cash, card or the Revolut App.

If you are not coming to the Studio when booking, you can pay by card or the Revolut App – let us know which you prefer and we will send you the appropriate payment link to book it in. 

How do I collect my headpiece?

A few days before your event, please contact the Studio to arrange a collection time.

Please note that all Hat Hire is subject to the payment of a Refundable Security Deposit of €50 on or prior to collection. This is refunded on the safe return of the headpiece. When paid by debit/credit card, the Banks can take up to 2 weeks to process the refund and a bank service charge of €2 will be deducted from the refunded amount. Alternatively, payment can be made through the Revolut App (there is no service charge and the security deposit refund is immediate). 

When do I return the headpiece?

Unless otherwise agreed in advance, you must arrange an appointment to return your hired headpiece on the next working day after the event (ie. if the event you are attending is on a Friday, the headpiece should be returned on the following Monday).
